Colorful fried prawns for bento

I used ‘bubu-arare’ (colourful crispy rice pellets) that I bought from Rakuten for the first time. Coated my prawns and fried it for the bentos. I like the colourful look. Its quite amazing cos even after cooking, the cute little mochi rice balls didn’t darken very much. A simple bento.

Simple but really cool! I’m jealous that in my country bento accessories like these prawns are not available. These rice pellets are sweet or maybe spicy? I start to love this blog! ^^

Hello dear! Thank u for coming by again :) really happy with your support!

Am rather lucky as some bento accessories are available here. However the tempura prawn picks were bought online as at that time, Casabento as not set up their store in Singapore yet.
