The thick and creamy broth of the ramen dish is a luscious blend of tonkotsu and chicken collagen.
Exclusively available at Chabuton Singapore, the speciality dish stars Kurobuta pork, which is billed as the most highly prized pork in Japan.
The marbled meat comes with small, fine streaks of fat that make each slice richly sweet, tender and succulent. Ramen toppings include bamboo shoots, Japanese leeks and the loved soft-boiled egg.
The Kurobuta pork was so yummy and I wish there was more of it! I also really enjoyed the minced meat bits in the soup.
You will notice this additional metallic spoon with holes served to you. It is meant for you to scoop the minced meat from the soup~ how convenient and thoughtful :)
