Hakata Salt × SAMURICE – A Collaboration of Autumn Flavours

Chestnut Mixed Rice OnigiriExcited that from 25th October onwards, SAMURICE will be offering a special menu from their collaboration with healthy Hakata Salt (Natural Sea Salt) from Japan.

The menu will be on sale for a limited period only! Autumn is one of my favourite seasons, and some of the best seasonal produce to enjoy this period includes Japanese chestnuts and mushrooms.

So yes, the menu launched by SAMURICE in collaboration with Hakata salt is everything you would love of Japan’s autumn seasonal flavours with the Chestnut Mixed Rice Onigiri, Chestnut Mixed Rice and Mushroom Tempura Bento!

When it comes to sea salt, there are two factors that make the difference – the raw ingredient and the method of production.
Hakata Salt, which is used, is a natural salt made without additives from the finest ingredients, using unique Japanese technology that brings out its flavour.
